Analysis of marketing promotions relating to direct mail or other channels; customer segmentation; direct mail and telemarketing list preparation; database construction, database maintenance. Tasks include:
- Prepare and assist in the preparation of analyses for client presentations; attend client web meetings.
- Prepare segmentation and other analyses.
- Develop and manage client relationships, primarily through phone and email.
- Develop response, cross sell, and other statistical models.
- Prepare promotion response reports.
- Receive data and convert to workable file formats.
- Standardize addresses, clean names, and perform merge/purge.
- Perform monthly data updates for client databases.
- Prepare mail files for subscription and/or single ticket promotions.
- Map customer data and perform geographic analyses.
